I think Evil Queen is my favorite as well, although I've only played her once, as we don't own the expansion.

Yeah, there's something about the minor engine building aspects of her game that just make it seem extra satisfying. Plus, the ability to get thematically-appropriate abilities for all seven dwarfs was as impressive as anything else about Prospero Hall's approach to the game.
